At Zenso House, we use breath as a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and getting you out of your head and back into your body. Different techniques do different things, so here’s a breakdown of what you can expect.

Functional breathwork is about re-training the body to breathe in a way that supports balance, presence, and health.
In these sessions, we explore:
Diaphragmatic (belly) breathing
Breath holds to increase CO₂ tolerance
Nervous system resets you can use in everyday life (yep, even in traffic or with your kids)
Perfect if you're managing anxiety, burnout, fatigue, or just want to feel more in control of your body and emotions.

Need a mid-day reset? These sessions are designed to bring your nervous system back into balance—fast.
We use a combo of functional breathwork and gentle guided practice to help you shake off the stress, land back in your body, and return to your day with a clear head and steady heart.

Rhythm + release
Primal. Rhythmic. For those ready to go deeper.
This breath is for more experienced breathers. It’s intense, somatic, and incredibly powerful.
Using the natural wave of your spine and a vocal “ha” breath, this practice activates your energy and helps move stuck or repressed material. Think of it as emotional CrossFit—but gentle, respectful, and way more healing.
This isn’t for pushing through or breaking open—it’s for going in with curiosity, courage, and support.
