you hold space for everyone else.
but when was the last time someone held you?
This retreat was created for the people who care deeply, lead with strength and rarely stop.
A place where your nervous system gets to rest, recalibrate, and be met with care.
You’ll breathe again. Sleep deeply. Eat slowly. Laugh.
You’ll remember what it feels like to be cared for, not needed.
Held by nature.
Guided by science.
Moved by spirit.
For the therapists, coaches, leaders and carers who hold everyone together - and crave the same support they give others so willingly.
Led by experienced practitioners who understand both science and soul.
WHY YOU’RE COMING
You’re ready to stop managing your life and start living it.
To be held, not needed.
To rest without guilt.
To remember who you are when you’re not leading, fixing, or performing calm.
To feel at home in your body again - steady, alive, safe and on purpose.
To belong somewhere that understands what it takes to hold space, and what it costs.
THE EXPERIENCE
A grounded process of nervous system recalibration, guided by trauma-informed facilitators.
Through breathwork, somatic release, and relational repair, you’ll retrain your body to recognise safety and vitality again.
Each day we balance evidence-based practice with spiritual depth, bridging neuroscience, psychology, and presence.
You’ll leave regulated, rested, and reconnected to your own capacity.
The how
Integration is a felt experience.
Through body-based practices, safe facilitation, and genuine care.
We bring your mind, body, and spirit back into conversation with each other.
mIND
Unpack the patterns that keep you overthinking and teach your brain how to soften.
BODY
Breathe, move, cry, shake, rest. Let the tension leave the same way it came - through your body.
Every part of you is welcome here.
The parts you love, the parts you hide, the parts you’re still learning to hold.
SPIRIT
Meet the part of you that existed before performance, before perfection - the one that still remembers freedom.

Meet David — Somatic Practitioner, Psychic & Bringer of Light
Hey, I’m Dave.
I’ve been connecting with Spirit since I was young (long before I had the language for it). What once felt confusing eventually found direction through Buddhism, meditation, and the guidance of my Spirit Guides. By 21, I was offering psychic and mediumship readings professionally — sharing clear, loving messages that help people feel connected, understood, and supported.
Over the years I’ve deepened my work through counselling training, trauma release, substance abuse work, somatic practice, past-life healing, and psychic development (you can explore the full list at davidmjohn.com). But at the core, my gift is simple:
I love people — fully, authentically, joyfully.
And that love helps others remember their own brilliance.I bring a mix of depth, play, intuition, and grounded practical tools to help you grow in ways that feel lighter, easier, and more human.
When I’m not holding space, you’ll find me in the ocean — scuba diving, surfing, swimming — or travelling the world as a digital nomad. I love new places, new people, and anything that expands the heart.

Meet Mel — Clinical & Forensic Psychologist, Breathwork Facilitator & Truth Teller
Hi, I’m Mel.
I blend science with soul — psychology, physiology, intuition, and depth. I’m not here to help you escape your life; I’m here to help you build one that feels honest, embodied, and fully yours.
In Bali, I’ll be your anchor and your mirror. I’ll help you notice your patterns with compassion, understand your body’s signals, and meet every part of yourself — the tender, the tired, the brave, the hidden. My work is about helping you return to the truth beneath the roles you’ve had to carry.
I’ll be co-facilitating breathwork, guiding integration, and holding space for whatever arises — grief, joy, resistance, expansion, clarity. This isn’t just breathwork; it’s a full-bodied reconnection to self, others, nature, and purpose.
A little about me: I’m trained as a Clinical & Forensic Psychologist, an ISTDP clinician in my eighth year of training, a breathwork facilitator, sessional lecturer, and Board Approved Supervisor. I’m also a mum of two, a runner, a swimmer, and a believer that great relationships begin with deep self-awareness and responsibility.
I won’t be your psychologist on this retreat, but I’ll be here to support, educate, and empower you every step of the way.
Want to connect? Find me on socials here.
With love,
Mel. -
